You are inside the project: a desktop operating system rebuilt in the browser — BIOS boot sequence, draggable/resizable windows with edge snapping, taskbar, start menu, right-click menus, 4 switchable themes, custom cursors and synthesized UI sounds.

A real terminal with 25+ commands, a virtual filesystem, easter eggs (Konami code, hidden achievements) and a Cyberpunk-inspired breach-protocol minigame.

The AutoPilot chatbot in the corner is a self-hosted RAG pipeline: in-browser retrieval, LoRA-fine-tuned Qwen3 generation on a personal server — no external AI API.

Every window, hook and animation is hand-built: window management by custom hooks + a Zustand store, GSAP for 60fps transitions, an in-OS mini browser that embeds the live project demos, session persistence, full mobile version, and a server-rendered /about for search engines.
